What curriculum do you offer?
We provide a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to individual needs, including core subjects (English, Maths) and vocational options such as Construction, Motor Vehicle Maintenance, Hair & Beauty, and Food Technology.
How do you support students with additional needs?
Our experienced staff work closely with families and professionals to support students with SEND, SEMH, and neurodiverse needs. We create personalised plans and provide therapeutic and pastoral support.
How does the referral process work?
All referrals are made through schools and the local authority to ensure placements meet the young person’s needs. For more information, contact the provision directly we’re happy to guide you through the process.
What qualifications can my child achieve?
Students can work towards GCSEs, Functional Skills, and vocational qualifications such as City & Guilds Entry Level and Level 1 certificates.
Do you provide careers advice and work experience?
Yes! We have dedicated careers advisors and work closely with Fresh Futures to offer Elevate and Ready for Work programmes, including CV support, interview coaching, and sourcing work experience placements.
How do you prepare students for life after college?
We focus on progression routes into further education, apprenticeships, and employment. Our partnership with Fresh Futures ensures ongoing support beyond age 18.
What pastoral support is available?
We provide a nurturing environment with strong pastoral care, mental health support, and regular communication with families.
What is the school day like?
Our day is structured to balance academic learning, vocational training, and wellbeing activities. Start and finish times are shared upon placement confirmation.
Is transport provided?
Transport arrangements are usually made through the local authority. We can advise on options during the referral process we do however refund any bus fares to and from the provisions.
Are meals included?
Yes, we provide healthy meals and snacks, and students also learn cooking skills in Food Technology.
